Mentoring Through Film
Harvard College Youth in Focus is a 12-week outreach program seeking to empower the Boston urban youth in underserved communities through the exploration of short documentary filmmaking.
The 12-week program entails technical workshops taught by Harvard students in conjunction with mentoring sessions.

About us
We believe that filmmaking is a unique way to address social issues affecting our communities, and by providing education in media production as well as mentorship, we hope to equip the youth with the ability to tell stories through films and develop a creative and critical voice in their communities.
